Nuzzling and Training

I'm guessing this is working as designed but it is frustrating to be nuzzled after the third interaction of training and have to start the whole process over.

I can totally understand getting nuzzled and have to restart cooking a meal but trying to train a bunch of puppies in your nursery can take forever.
