Mod Button

Not sure if this is because of adding the Royalty DLC. I am now unable to look at the mods I add or add any at all. I click on the "Mod" button and nothing pops up, it acts like its going to load, I press the button down and it stays down for a few seconds and nothing happens. I did add only mod manager and it restarted the game thinking I would be able to add more after. Here is the videos to the best I could get of what is going on, in order.

Don't know how to fix this.
