[1.1.2563/Royalty] Pawn allocated several times to Bed or Throne

Following the Quest "Hosting an Aristocrat" for the second time, Rogal Akas over time has appeared to be allocated multiple times to her bed and throne. Every now and then, a new allocation appears. This had not happened the first time I ran the quest, the first quest was also with Rogal Akas.
In my game it only happened with her. If I uninstall and reinstall the bed it does not solve the issue. Deconstructing the bed and reconstructing solves the issue, but over time it will occur again.
Akas is discontent in both cases, either because her name is not allocated to a bed/throne (even though it is also allocated), or because she has to share it (with herself, serious case of split personality... ).
It is only possible to unassign one of the names, the last one in the list, the other allocations do not respond.

By the way, the quest failed, the shuttle went away, and Akas stayed...
Looks like I got myself a Baroness for free.

Update:

Bug still occurring in 1.1.2564

Also, the pawn is not able to sleep anymor when allocated multiple times to a bed, instead he flickers over the bed.
Pawn will end up allocated multiple times to several beds if you change bed.

Added a mitigation for this that should be in 1.1.2465. But it would be great to find the root of this issue.

Luckily, Piotr encountered the same issue and could reproduce it, so it's fixed now.
