How to automatically prioritize jobs for some pawns over others ?

Hello !

I have a part-time cook which I would like to, when idle, kick out my main researcher from the research bench (EDIT : and start researching there herself)
(so that the researcher then goes on to do other jobs she has less priority with).

Any way to automatically set this up ?

I can't think of a way to swap them without mods (sorry i dont use too many and dont know one either). But if you wanted to give the cook a chance at research, both could work at the same time. Prioritize cooking 1 on the part time cook, then when cookings done, have his priority 2 job be research, and then have a second research bench.

Yeah, I have considered this, but in that particular game, "have a second research bench" was still kind of wasteful at that point.
