Help Creating Skeleton/Shambler Colonists in Anomaly

I've been trying to figure out a way to have my pawn retain the dessicated corpse appearance that resurrecting as a Shambler lets you keep, but eliminate the work restrictions attached to being a Shambler so I can just have a skeleton colonist.

It seems that the restrictions aren't kept in the Shambler hediff, and I can't find any work restrictions in the Mutants.xml file or the PawnKindsDef for Shamblers. The typical Ideo Unrestrict Roles mods don't work either, and it looks like a bunch of the 1.4 skeleton mods got busted due to the new mutants/corpse mechanics Anomaly added

Anyone know of any ways to either remove those work restrictions or just keep the skeleton appearance & Shambler hediff for a base pawn?
