So yesterday i was playing the game and i right clicked one of my wounded minions. And while i dont remember the excat wording , it basically  gave the option to put her in cryo sleep casket or some such. Odd since i didnt have any. So i dismissed it. Then today i couldnt stop thinking about it.

Is it refering to the crypto coffins that have the nasty suprises or the cryo pod you can build on your ship? And either way what does putting them in there do?

I think you get the optiom if there is cryo caskets on the map.

You can see it as a 'winter sleep'. They don't need to eat or do anything in there. You just pause them and get them out later when you need them again.

When opening the casket have some cleaners around. The ones that come out tend to bring some green slime with them everywhere they go :p

So there is no medical benefit beyond storing a medical crisis for later?

No, you are putting their existence on pause basically. It could be considered a benefit if you don't have the medicine or food at the time.
