Harvest MOAR body parts

Make it to were every body part can be harvested. That way if one of my colonist gets hurt I can take a body part off of a prisoner and graft it on to my colonist.

I like this idea,but I REALLY WANT Tynan to listen and let us harvest organs from dead people(of course they would have to be newly dead otherwise the organs would be rotten)maybe he could add a dissection tables so it isn't too OP,what do you think?
