the download links do not change between versions, just the number of downloads gets re-set on each major alpha release, so go to the download link in the email and download the 0.12.914 rimworld

If you're ever wondering again, in the upper left corner of the main menu where it lists your version it will say "up to date" if you have the latest copy. If it doesn't, you don't.
