Is there a mod that remove visual of the helmet but still have the effect of wearing a helmet cause i download this hair pack mod but really sad when most of the colony all look the same cause everyone have the same hat and i don't want to remove the hat cause the game love giving me the brain destroyed dead or perm brain dmg.

Invisible Hats makes vanilla hats not have a worn graphic while keeping their icon.

If you want some more flavor to your pawns hairstyles:

Facial Stuff allows hair rendering under hats and includes various facial hair/features to give more uniqueness to a pawn.

Beard Framework is a more simple variant that can be adapted to hair mods to allow them to show up with some already included.

Facial Stuff mod is super helpful. Especially when you reach one of those times where you're tailoring clothing using one material so all your colonists nearly look the same.
