[Mod Request, simple?] [A16] Faction: Cavemen

I'm looking into trying this myself, but it seems it requires several file edits to complete the work of a faction... And i'm VERY confused...

While starting as tribals are all fun and games (pun?), i would like to start a game/faction that has NO research,
a little bit slower at research than tribals, and starts naked.

If anyone know how to accomplish this, please let me know, cause i'm just faffing about in the core files, blindly, and only hoping i get this right.
I DO copy the files i faff with into my own mod, just so i don't screw up the core game.
Not that it's much of a problem; delete the core mod file i faffed with, then use steam to verify content. Done! Fixed.
Only did that mistake once, back in A14... But i learned from my mistake...

So if someone knows how to do this without any issues, that would be awesome

I haven't modded any of the factions, but I know you can adjust what they start with for research and clothing.
