Colonists that can't cut plants cut plants, No one can do any joy activities

Hi all, I have a lot of mods (over 20) but I'm not sure which is causing this, one colonist who couldn't cut plants was cutting plants, and I couldn't stop them because the box wasn't an option; and none of my colonists can do any joy activities (possibly from the Poker mod?). I've tried changing their schedule so joy is before sleep, i have a horseshoe and a poker table, and no areas are restricted. I've tried ordering them to play horseshoe. The option to play horseshoe doesn't even come up. If anyone has any ideas what is causing this I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Not likely the Poker mod. It's XML only. You've clearly got an issue with jobdrivers or workgivers or somesuch. Looking at your log file, I would guess Cleaning Robots or Diversified Romance are the culprits. Though Bridgello also is throwing some errors too. But doubt it is the source of the problem.
