[0.18.1722] Family's do not exist (Update - Known issue fixed for next release)

No matter how hard I try, I cannot spawn any instance where a Raid (relationship), visitors (relationship), etc get triggered. No mods. It allows "friends" but no instance of Mother / Father / Lover.

On a Mac. Happens every game.

A known issue that has been addressed for the next release. Here's a recent comment by ison about it

You're right, the chances have been overtuned a little. They should be more reasonable in the next release.
