a6 not running

Alpha 6 wont run! i clicked the application launcher sherrif badge thing, and i get the windows message saying "are you sure you want to run this software?". of course i click yes, and the message disappears, and then... nothing. no game window appears. i waited for hours, tried several times, and removed all my mods. still... nothing.

anyone else have this? anyone have a fix?
On the right path, but the wrong medication.

I like how there's a thing that displays how long you've logged in to the forums. It shows just how many hours you've spent here, never to get back...

Right-click it and select "Run as administrator". That's usually the cause in my case.

It may help if we knew what version of windows you were running. Any other specs you know off hand about your comp may help as well.

Have you tried running the Task Manager while starting it? Does it pop up in the processes at all?
