tailor workbench not working?

I keep telling my crafters to make parkas but when i right click the tailor workbench no commands come up.  whats wrong? anyone know?

Do you have enough of the required materials to make a parka? IE: A cloth parka requires 120 pieces of cloth before work can be started on it.
