Help where is my game?

Hello guys o/
I´ve just payed for the game now over Paypal and it directs me to a site named "zahlungverifikation" in german. in english its just payment verfication.but nothing goes on, i got no  download link or else.the text said: verification should take not longer than a minute, you can close this window if u don´t want to wait so long (translated form german into englisch). so, what now? where is my game?i have no email from paypal or ludeon....but i don´t wanna buy it twice----u seee?!?

you should recieve an email to sendowl shortly, if you dont email Tynan or ludeon support (email on homepage)

still got no email.... how long does it normally takes till you got that email?

i only got one email adress on paypal,changed it long time ago, and i´ve checked the spam filter on freenet.nothing. but i´ve sent tynan an PM in this forum....will he react quickly?or is there an other better method to get access to the game quickly?like live chat or so?!need to work tomorrow....

i´ve sent tynan an email now too.....he´s online in this forum and i don´t understand why he is not reacting.....that´s sad man....you got my money but i don´t get my game quick...please help TYNAN!
