Building list filter

I know tht tynan is working on the building list since even now thers so much stuff with mods they normal button base gets full pretty fast.
So just to keep in memory, adding a tag something <BuildingListFilter>, that would allow faster finding of stuff on the list.
Also allow mutliply ( up to 4-5 )tags per objects: <BuildingListFilter1>,<BuildingListFilter2> i.e.

<BuildingListFilter1>Furniture</BuildingListFilter1>
<BuildingListFilter2>Food</BuildingListFilter2>

And allow for custom tag i.e

<BuildingListFilter2>XXX Turret Mod</BuildingListFilter2>


This will make even easier when there are more complex supply chain mods
