Email says my payment cleared, but no email to access the game

Hi,

I received an email on 11/1/13 saying ...


Your pledge was processed successfully!

Payment details:
Project: RimWorld
Project creator: Tynan Sylvester
Date: November 1, 2013
Pledge amount collected: $20.00 CAD
Payment method: Visa ****************

However, I have not received an email indicating how to access the game?  I have checked all my spam and trash as well.

Any ideas?

I just took a look on Kickstarter to confirm my suspicion:
You have the colonists pledge,  which means you get the alpha access.
At 30 you would have access to the pre-alpha game (the state right now)
So what I want to tell you is that you'll get access to the game sometime around January 2014..
Sorry but that's the way it is.
If you really want to play now mail Tynan for an upgrade, but it will cost you 10 bucks more...
