Stupid question but how do you make/find plasteel?

As far as I know, plasteel must be bought off traders. I know they're on industrial traders, not sure if black market or exotics have them. They're fairly costly, I've found the cheapest at 18 silver a piece. If you have enough cotton, you can usually sell each piece of cloth for 2 and a half silver pieces, and it doesn't cost anything to produce other than time so you can use it to build your economy quite well.

There can be areas of "compacted plasteel", which is just plasteel ore that isn't called ore since it's supposed to be compacted remnants of a former civilization or something. It has quite a lot of health, so it takes a long time to mine.

I don't think any other types of traders can carry it, just industrial traders.

You can also use mod. I think Tynan eventually implants something to craft other resources.

Plasteel is an ore. Other than that traders...for now.
