Constant pauses / lag

Around year 4 of my colony. 13 people (1 in cryosleep)
I've looked around for a solution but I'm been surrounded with the idea that this is a common issue with no fix.

As per previous recommendations I've cleared job cues, and even removed tasks altogether on the colony. Still experiencing constant pauses.
I can strongly advise my computer specs can not be the issue.

Anyone have any ideas...?

Could it maybe be that you are experiencing the auto-saving once per day? That actually gives a lag at least once every 24 hours.
