carving art into wall blocks

I would like to see the ability to carve freestanding (not block walls, just the rocks you mine) into sculptures. Whatever is carved, whether good or ugly, is what you end up with. They would be a permanent fixture and could only be removed by mining.
You could implement a requirement of a specific level to be able to even begin to do them, and even then a relatively slim chance at a legendary at the highest levels.
Maybe at the highest levels (20/20) you might have the option of choosing what you are going to TRY to carve and to have a chance at a Legendary you would need Mining (20/20) AND Art (20/20).
Could also tie it to a multiple skill reqs.. i.e.. mining (15/20) AND Art (15/20) to be able to try to sculpt the rock
At the low end of the ability you would only be able to carve a single block and at the Higher levels you would be able to do a 4x4 block

This would be cool.  As long as it adds beauty (if it is a decent sculpt that is...) I would be happy.
