pawns feeding injured raiders during battle

My pawns not in fighting mode will walk into the battlefield with food and try to feed downed living raiders. Also happens when injured raiders flee but dont make it all the way to the edge of the map..my pawns will keep sending someone to try and feed these people.

Have you somehow allowed a prisoner area to leak into the map? Broken wall? Even then i dont think this would happen but its all i can think of and ive seen no other reports and this would be a huge bug if it is one.

Have the same problem. And prison area have not broken walls.

Known bug. If I recall correctly it is already fixed for the new hotfix.
