Help please having issues trying to remember how to dl R.W.

I bought this game a while back, computer crashed had to wipe it and reinstall everything I cant remember how for the life of me to re-download the game I remember on the page said I had "X" # of downloads remaining but I cant find it again.

anyone able to direct me to the spot where I can download this awesome game again, id be very appreciative.
