so I make a test colony (couldn't get a part pregnant though, odd), and forced a birth, it actually spit out another colonist!

Scary thing is with forced birth..is that works with males as well...Tynan has some explaining to do with this ._.

It's forced birth through dev console, it works on any pawn because it forces it. Relationships were said to likely be the a13 thing, babies not.
