Water plz no

How does one get rid of water. cus there is a lake going through my base. I remember being able to cover water with dirt in god mode but it don't work now. plz help

Dev tools only in vanilla. Use tye search box and type terrain the tool you need should stay lit.

I guess that's something to concider when choosing a location, that you later will expand.......
