Problem with the download and no support after Mail!!!!

Hi following mail I sended twice! I would love to play the game and I payed 30 dollars, so I think I have the right to get a support:

Germany/Switzerland don´t work for the reset of the link

I ordered or payed your basic download by my smart phone this afternoon. Now at home I am not possible to download the game over the link you sended to me. Maybe it is a problem cause after I payed my phone instandly opened the download side!

It would be nice to get a second mail with a open downloadlink or a new one. I am looking froward to  play this nice game and would be really sad, if there would be a problem right now, because a technical issue.
