Loading Permadeath Save

Every time I attempt to load a saved game file it gives me this error below. I do not know how to fix this and this has happened to me many times before.

Looks like your save file is corrupted, possibly mod related. Some mods have been causing game corruption in A13. Check for mod updates. Not sure if there's any way to rescue your save file.
