Can't use surgery on 2 or more prisonners at same time

Hello i encounter a problem while trying to use surgery on 2+ prisonners at same time.
My jail-keepers just keep moving prisonners within bed which cancel the surgery while they done it indefinitly if i don't take manual control to them and push them away, sometimes they just come back to move prisonners.

Did someone has found a solution ?

Mods related to prisonners and healthing are : DeSurgeries, EPOE. (I'm mainly using half of the Mega mod pack present in the mod realease)
