We should be able to give more global orders such as setting gear(backpack) of our average colonist or even not letting them to relax socially with beer unless they are under XXX joy level to incease it.

I would like this for obvious reasons, "Only use real medicine in bleedings and major diseases." "Only eat lavish meals if you are worst than stressed". Might be a ***** to program, but a needed feature.
