Duplicate Product Key (Steam)

When I try to use my product key on steam it keeps saying that it's a duplicate product key. The game is currently not in my game library;

Can an Admin please help me?

Sorry for the delayed reply - I was out of town for a week.  See the link in my signature (which you've hopefully found already) for getting your Steam key.  Look at the Known Issues part.
