[W|Alpha 2] Colonists frozen [mantis]

In the public Alpha 2, I got to day 80 and all but 2 of my colonists just stopped doing anything.  In the box with their name and stuff in on the bottom left, there's a line that says "driverReport error" and they won't do anything automatically.  I clicked one and got it to prioritise planting potatoes, which it did once before stopping again.

The other 2 colonists don't have any problems and carry on as normal and all the frozen ones' needs still decrease (one had a mental breakdown due to stopping in a cave and wandered off).

No idea what happened, so no idea how to reproduce.

How very odd, but I found a way to fix it.
Cancel the building of the solar generator that Lorena is standing next to. That releases everybody.

Will look deeper into this.

I have an instance of this bug as well. Save file attached. Version 0.2.363

Got the same problem but don't have any save to show right now. The same fix worked however, just destroyed some in construction buildings until the one causing problem was found. It was indeed a solar panel.
