When I get Mad Animal Event the Animal in question is asleep when it wakes up its not mad.

This happens a large percentage of the time for me

In the passed versions this rate of sleeping animal to awake relating to the Event was rare.

Huh. That's weird.  There was a bug a while back where mental states didn't wake a sleeping animal. I thought it had gotten fixed, but maybe not.
