More types of craftable alcohol

I think it would be an awesome idea especially since the recent addition of drugs, and distilling, if we could produce vodka from potatoes, and whiskey from corn. They could both differ in strengths depending on the skill of the person brewing, and would make getting "blackout drunk" more of a problem.
