Game keeps crashing after about a minute of launching

"Oops! The game crashed. The crash report folder named "2016-09-07_172126" next to the game executable. It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!"
I get this after a short amount of time after launching now. I have about 50 hours, was working perfectly fine until i tried it today. I didnt do anything other than enable a mod (I had installed the mod a few days ago too with no problem) which I then disabled and it didn't fix the problem. I put the crash file in the attachments. help? Each time it crashes, it creates a new folder. Ill answer anything, i really did enjoy the game but well i can't now

When I delete the text docs in the configuration file, the game functions normally but only to last a short amount of time before the game keeps remaking this file. i believe its when i close it, and restart it it causes whatever this is
