Last I checked, Scythers have hands in addition to their blade attachments. Otherwise I imagine holding their guns would be difficult.

Not a bug, just unclear anatomy of a creature we are not familiar with. They do have arms, hands and fingers.

That is true. I was not really sure about this either.

But I just noticed "movement: poor". Is this caused by the pinky being shot or is it a general condition? In the first case this may be a (different) bug.

Movement penalty for being armored. Just to balance the game, making kiting a viable option sometimes.
