Trading within own Colony

Hello so Wanderlust allows you to form caravan and start another colony within another tile . Was wondering if I could pass my materials from my first colony to my other colony vice versa

ahh I see but it seems there's a maximum range :/  anyway thanks

Once you have your two colonies set up, you could always create another caravan, send it to your second colony, drop off what you want and head home.
