[Mod suggestion] Connect Mood Penalties for Pawn Death to Relationships

If a given pawn is hated by most of the colony and then he dies, it would be a relief to the colony that he is gone. If that go-juice addicted pyromaniac is also a problem for colonists then they should not regret his passing. But if it turns out that crazy bastard is loved by many then they will overlook his sins and consider him valuable anyway.

Positive relationships would feel pain of loss at his departure, negative relationships would lose the pain of his burdensome existence.

Making this connection creates opportunity for the player to engage in political infighting, promotion and slander.
