[Forum] Bug with "Preferred Language"

Hi,

when I set my preferred language to "german", all private messages I receive are empty.
When I set it back to "english", I can see the message in the pm again.

I can reproduce that in Firefox, Chrome and IE, maybe something wrong with the character encoding?
