[A16, and A17 as of A17.1528] Mortar reinstall bug (or more likely an exploit)

I believe I may have discovered a bug today regarding the Can not fire cooldown for Mortars disappearing when they are reinstalled.

Steps to replicate

1. Fire shell from mortar
2. Reinstall the mortar (even just one tile), this can be done before or after a new shell is loaded
3.The 35 second cooldown is gone and it goes straight into aiming buildup.

Thank you for the bug report. Although I'd say this is an exploit rather than a bug. I'll leave it here though as it might be something Tynan wants to address / be made aware of. Especially in light of the changes to mortars that are due in A17 (as if they have been buffed in A17, then any exploit regarding mortars might become a bigger exploit as a result).

I have also edited your thread title to better summarise the issue.

Thank you. I agree as well, it's far more of an exploit but the first thing that came into my head at the time was bug.

A17 This bug not fix.
