Couple of Questions about MagicRim

• I need a Texturer desperately for MagicRim. I'll take anything you have so please look at the MagicRim mod in the unfinished section for the things I currently need.
• I came up with a cool idea to have a wand that causes lighting to fall from the sky wherever it lands. Is this possible as of now with XML? If not than with custom dll's. And if so how?
• I plan to do a teleportation device. I don't think is possible with XML, but I think it should be do able with custom dll. Can someone show me how?
