Increased Turret Count Heavily Impacting Performance

1) What the circumstances were.

2) What happened.
- All turrets switched off results in usable game performance at 3x and debug speeds. Turning turrets on will reduce game performance to less than 1 tick per second.

3) What you expected to happen.
- Enabling turrets to not impact performance so heavily.

I realise this is not normal gameplay circumstances but I believe for the impact on performance to be so instant and heavy that there is something not quite right as far as the turret or power logic.

As soon as I disable all my turrets the fps goes back to normal.

With turrets running 2x speed is rougly 30 fps and 3x speed goes all the the down to 15-20. Normal fps is 60.

I have 0 turrets that are active, and my game still slows to a crawl after a while. It's impossible to run it at speeds 2 or 3, but it's smooth as ever on 1. Sounds like there's probably something more here that's causing it.
