[Mod Request] Enslave prisoners

Hi, has anyone considered creating a mod where you can enslave your prisoners? Making them work for you at whatever job you need, creating a specific area where they can go and making them escape/fight for freedom if they see there is a chance. 

Eventually beating them or removing some organs to discipline them and make them stop trying to escape(but that's too much right, let's keep it simpler)

OR another idea: Creating minigames for prisoners such as fight each other in rounds and the finalist will be able to go free.
