Is there a way to edit Art Titles and Description? I really want to name my swords manually. And also give a brief story (my original story) about it.

Is this possible?

Nope, but an option to would be pretty nice to have actually.

You could edit your savegame, if you got a fitting sword ..
Maxim 1   : Pillage, then burn
Maxim 37 : There is no overkill. There is only open fire and reload.
Rule 34 of Rimworld :There is a mod for that.
