[A17] Wierd Stuttering

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue iv never had before, in a fairly new colony im having a strange issue where the pawns and stuff pause for a breif second and continue on this happens even on fast forward(see vid)

I cannot rule out a mod so I'm posting here some help in solving this issue would be great....

Too any who may want to know, the bug seemed to be related to the transparent roofing i had cued overtop of qued walls, once i forced the outside tiles of transparent roofing to be completed the stuttering freed up and they finished the structure
