Bug that is happenening every tick(I think) that is causing lag.

Modlist & Dev mode bug output images are attached.
This bug started (I think) when I was raiding a faction base and I accidentally held down the three-speed button. I was looking it up and apparently someone had a similar problem but the fix didn't fix my game. The bug was with the mod recon and discovery. Any help I think this is causing me a lot of lag because my game is now getting a solid 10-15 fps on three-speed. (I have a slow PC but usually runs way faster).

If this bug happened every tick, it would indeed cause huge amounts of lag. Unfortunately, the bug is undiagnosable with the information provided.
