[EPOE] AI Persona Core Fix

Modifies the effects from the AI Persona Core Implant in EPOE there are two versions of this fix.




Less Berserk Version

Colonists with this implant will no longer go berserk and will instead go on a psychotic wander. Avoid attempting to arrest a colonist while they are wandering as they may resist and go berserk. Load after EPOE, do not use this patch with the "no berserk" version of this fix.

The reason I decided to leave in some sort of mental break is because it feels a bit too OP to not have a negative side which is what I assume the mod dev was intending, though the initial implementation doesn't play very well.

Originally the mental break was Berserk with an mtb of 7 days and Psychotic Wander with an mtb of 4 days. I've modified this using a patch to simply be Psychotic wander with an mtb of 7 days. Colonists will still have mental breaks, but they won't hurt anybody so long as you leave them alone and let them do their own thing.

No Berserk Version

Colonists with this implant will no longer go berserk. Load after EPOE, do not use this patch with the "less berserk" version of this fix.

With the "less berserk" version I wanted to stay along the lines of what I believe the EPOE dev intended which was for the AI Persona Core Implant to have a negative side effect, to which I simply made the side effects a bit less extreme.

After some further thought, I've decided to also release a version of this patch which removes all negative side effects from the implant all together, for those who want it.
