[0.18.1704] An item dissapeared after a construction was done on it.

I will upload save file tomorrow. I was building a granite wall and a cargo pod landed just beside the unfinished wall with chemfuel. One of them spawned right into the unfinished wall. My pawn finished building that block and the chemfuel on it dissapeared.
