[0.18.1722] Pawn's passion for a desactivated skill

This pawn has a great passion for the skill : Sociability = "Sociabilité" but is not supposed to be capable of performing this task as incapable of Diplomacy = "Diplomatie".
I think it's not supposed to happen.
Furthermore, she is performing diplomacy at the moment of the picture.

I've seen similar, but not the same, issues in pawns during game start as well. I have seen pawns that supposedly have incapable of "Social", yet they have a number next to Social rather than the '-'

I'll have to remember to start taking screen shots of those.
