Help with using an extra layer? or making pawns spawn all one color?

Can anyone help me either make pawns all spawn as one generic skin color rather than spawn as they do? I've made some pawns for a mod but the eye area is white and because the way rimworld uses color it colors the eye area too. OR possibly I could make an extra layer for just the eyes but I have no idea how to do that. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
