Aliens Mod Help

I am willing to put in the hours, but where would one start with this concept?

I want to make the Xenomorphs from the Aliens Franchise. Id like to have them as random events and even infestations.
My ideas include having Acid blood, a Xenomorph life cycle, face huggers being able to impregnate colonists without being notified, possibly predators, Crashed cryo modules that may or may not have an already impregnated colonist, nightmares for colonists after seeing the xenomorphs, Queens and even the creation of hives also and the ability to tame them (Though very difficult)
I want to make the Apex predator of rimworld, Not OP but very very strict to the lore as i am a bit of an Aliens Lore freak, none of that "colonial marines" extra variant crap. just pure horror and dread. But i dont know where to start! Anyone able to point me to the right direction will be credited if this all pushes through!
