balances for next version (alpha 5)

Quasarrgames

this is just stuff that should be implemented soon, but is not in the top priority.

On to the stuff:

1. Since turrets will have to be manned, they should be a lot more powerful, or the game should still have unmanned turrets that require a little research
2. Neutral wanderers should be reintroduced. I know this has been stated before, but seriously; many colonists is better than just a few
3. royal beds should give happiness bonuses
4. mechanoids should drop their weapons when they die- it's a better reward than 4 ore blocks worth of metal
5. cooking should take less time to do, so i don't have to have a colonist who spends his whole waking life cooking for everyone else
6. there should be a way to rip up tiles and get the resources back from them

feel free to add stuff to this list
On the right path, but the wrong medication.

I like how there's a thing that displays how long you've logged in to the forums. It shows just how many hours you've spent here, never to get back...

I would very much like to rip up the stone tiles that are naturally formed sometimes

turrets wont have to be manned, it is only possible for some to be manned (like is the case with artillary) (which is why this was added)

Many colonists is NOT better then few, in fact you are intended to have a small amount of colonists. (tynan has stated this)
royal beds are bette rfor sleeping (so they do have a bonus), but eh.

The mechanoid weapons are extremely powerful, they are programmed to not be dropped (you can actually change this by modding).

Cooking takes like no time at all what are you talking about?

i believe you can deconstruct tiles already....

No, you can't rip up tiles, only put more over them.

For alpha, yes, just add more stuff. Balances and other stuff can be done during beta.
